TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Cheque/Draft to be issued in favour of “M/s Krishana Developers & Promoters” payable at delhi/New Delhi/Noida/Ghaziabad only. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.
- The rate mentioned in the booking/agreement is free from any Escalations.
- The firm reserves the right to revise process and payment plan unsold shops without any prior notice.
- All terms and conditions of shops/showroom/office/store allotment letter shall be applicable.
- Power backup will be provided after 70% occupancy.
- Stamp duty charges on account of registration of lease deed. Electricity connection or any other government levies, demanded by any concerned authority shall be extra.
- The above rates are on super area basis i.e. covered area including walls, nice windows projection, pillars, balconies and proportionate share of areas under stair case, common cases, walls, shafts, water/electricity supply arrangement and other common facilities and areas.
- Assured Return / Rental (for max. of 2 years) in Down Payment Plan Starts as soon as 100% BSP is received.
